  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 c. oil
  • 3 c. grated carrots

    Mix dry ingredients together.

    Add oil; mix very well with mixer.

    Add eggs 1 at a time.

    Beat thoroughly after each egg. Bake 35 to 45 minutes at 350°.
