- 1 pkg. boneless, skinless chicken filets
- 1 can artichoke hearts
- 1 can chicken broth
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp. white vinegar
- 1/8 tsp. tarragon
- 2 Tbsp. white wine
- salt and pepper to taste
- seasoned bread crumbs
- rice
Directions

1Cut chicken into bite size pieces and bread.

2Fry chicken in hot oil and drain.

3Bake chicken pieces with a small amount of butter for 15 minutes on 350°.

4Add chopped garlic, vinegar, tarragon, chicken broth, white wine, salt and pepper, and artichoke hearts (cut into smaller pieces) with the juice.

5Bake for 15 minutes at 350°.

6Serve on a bed of rice.
