  • 1 pkg. boneless, skinless chicken filets
  • 1 can artichoke hearts
  • 1 can chicken broth
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp. white vinegar
  • 1/8 tsp. tarragon
  • 2 Tbsp. white wine
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • seasoned bread crumbs
  • rice

Directions

    Cut chicken into bite size pieces and bread.

    Fry chicken in hot oil and drain.

    Bake chicken pieces with a small amount of butter for 15 minutes on 350°.

    Add chopped garlic, vinegar, tarragon, chicken broth, white wine, salt and pepper, and artichoke hearts (cut into smaller pieces) with the juice.

    Bake for 15 minutes at 350°.

    Serve on a bed of rice.
