  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. baking soda
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. cinnamon
  • 3 c. carrots, grated (raw)
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts

Directions

    Beat sugar and oil; add eggs and cream.

    Then add flour, soda, salt and cinnamon; add to first mixture and put in carrots and nuts.

    Pour into greased and floured pan and bake in 300° oven for 40 minutes.
