  • 3 c. raw carrots, grated
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
  • 3 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 tsp. soda
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 2 c. flour

Directions

    Mix together all ingredients except carrots and blend.

    Add grated carrots to batter.

    Use rectangular pan or two layer pans.
