  • 2 lb. carrots, peeled and sliced
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, melted
  • 1 tube Ritz crackers, crushed

Directions

    Slice carrots into rounds.

    Boil peeled and sliced in salted water until soft; drain.

    Mix cheese and butter with cooked carrots.

    Pour in a shallow baking dish.
