Ingredients

  • 1 (1 lb.) pkg. carrots
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 3/4 c. grated sharp cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. green peppers, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. onions, chopped
  • 2 boiled eggs, chopped
  • 3/4 c. bread crumbs

Directions

    Cut up, cook and drain carrots.

    Add all other ingredients, except bread crumbs.

    Place in a casserole dish.

    Top with crumbs. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
