  • 1 lb. carrots, sliced and cooked until tender, drain
  • 1/4 lb. butter or oleo
  • 1/4 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 20 Ritz crackers

    Melt butter and cheese together. Pour over the carrots. Sprinkle with Ritz crackers, crumbled.
