- carrots
- 1 1/2 sticks margarine
- 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 4 slices bread
Directions

1Scrape and slice carrots in rounds and boil until tender. Drain and put in greased casserole.

2Melt 1 stick margarine and Velveeta cheese in saucepan.

3Pour over carrots.

4Cut bread in cubes and mix in 1/2 stick melted margarine.

5Put on top of carrots.

6Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
