- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. wild rice
- 1 (8 oz.) box mushrooms
- 1/2 medium onion, chopped
- 2 sticks butter (not margarine)
Directions

1Boil wild rice 50 minutes (keep covered with water).

2While rice is boiling, saute onions and mushrooms in 1 stick of butter. Season with Lawry's seasoned salt and seasoned pepper.

3When rice is cooked, rinse in hot water and drain.

4Add rice to mushrooms and onions.

5Add second stick of butter.

6Heat until butter is melted and rice mixture is warm.
