- 3 c. diced carrots
- 1 tsp. onion salt
- 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
- dash of pepper
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1/4 c. or 6 soda crackers, crushed
- 1/2 c. grated sharp or Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Cook carrots in salted water for 10 minutes or until tender. Drain.

2Heat oven to 425°.

3Combine carrots, onion salt, green pepper, and pepper.

4Alternate layers of carrots and crumbs in greased baking dish.

5Then pour on butter and top with cheese and bake 15 minutes or until cheese melts.

6Serves 6.
