- 6 c. sliced raw carrots
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 3 c. herb flavored croutons
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 3/4 c. cubed Velveeta
Directions

1Cook carrots in salted water until tender.

2Drain.

3Saute onion in butter and combine with carrots.

4Heat soup, salt, pepper and cheese until melted.

5Pour over cooked carrots.

6Pour all in a greased 8 x 8-inch pan and top with croutons tossed with butter. Bake at 350° for approximately 30 minutes or until heated through and topping is browned.
