- 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 stick margarine, melted
- 3 eggs, beaten with fork
Directions

1Cut carrots into pieces.

2Microwave until soft.

3Mash them with a fork.

4Let cool.

5Mix in remaining ingredients.

6Pour into greased casserole dish.

7Sprinkle cinnamon over.

8Cover.

9Bake at 400° for 20 minutes.

10Turn heat down to 350°.

11Bake another 50 minutes.
