  • 10 carrots
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 stick margarine, melted
  • 3 eggs, beaten with fork

Directions

    Cut carrots into pieces.

    Microwave until soft.

    Mash them with a fork.

    Let cool.

    Mix in remaining ingredients.

    Pour into greased casserole dish.

    Sprinkle cinnamon over.

    Cover.

    Bake at 400° for 20 minutes.

    Turn heat down to 350°.

    Bake another 50 minutes.
