- 7 Tbsp. margarine
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 4 c. cooked carrots or 1 (24 oz.) pkg. frozen, sliced carrots
- 3 c. herbed chicken stuffing
Directions

1Melt 3 tablespoons butter in a large skillet.

2Add onions and saute until tender.

3Add cheese, soup and carrots; mix well.

4Pour mixture into a 2-quart casserole and top with stuffing.

5Melt remaining margarine and pour over stuffing.

6Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.

7Makes 12 servings.
