  • 6 to 8 carrots
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 2 Tbsp. onions
  • 2 Tbsp. horseradish
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/3 c. Ritz crackers
  • 1 Tbsp. butter

Directions

    Cook sliced carrots.

    Mix water, onions, horseradish, mayonnaise, salt and pepper.

    Arrange carrots in baking dish. Pour mixture over; top with cracker crumbs.

    Dot with butter. Bake at 375° for 15 to 20 minutes.
