  • 4 c. sliced carrots, cooked
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 3 Tbsp. butter or oleo
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1/3 c. melted butter or margarine
  • 1 1/2 c. herb flavored stuffing

Directions

    Mix the first 7 ingredients and place in greased 2-quart casserole. Toss bread stuffing and mix with 1/3 cup melted butter. Spoon over carrots. Bake at 350° for about 30 minutes.
