- 4 c. carrots, sliced thin
- 1 tsp. dehydrated onions
- 1 c. water
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 1/3 c. fine bread crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1/4 c. cheese, grated
Directions

1Cook carrots, onions, water and salt until tender, about 15 minutes.

2Blend butter and bread crumbs; set aside.

3Drain vegetable stock from carrots and blend together with butter and flour.

4Cook until thickened and add cheese.

5Stir until cheese is melted.

6Pour over carrots and top with bread crumbs.

7Bake 20 minutes at 350°.
