- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped fine
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can enchilada sauce
- 1 c. milk
- 1 small can green chile peppers
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 doz. tortillas
- grated sharp Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Brown meat and onions in butter.

2Add soups, sauce, milk and chile peppers to taste.

3Season with salt and pepper.

4Cut tortillas into quarters.

5Spoon into casserole a layer of meat mixture followed with a layer of tortillas, and then a layer of grated cheese.

6Continue until all meat mixture is used.

7Bake in a medium oven for one hour.
