- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/4 c. flour (plain)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 c. skim milk
- 1/8 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/8 tsp. celery salt
- 1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
Directions

1Mix butter with stuffing mix and set aside.

2Slice carrots and cook until almost done.

3Drain.

4Saute onion in melted butter.

5Add flour, salt, dry mustard, celery salt and milk.
