- 1 lb. carrots, sliced
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 small onion, thinly sliced
- 1 can tomato soup
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
Directions

1Precook carrots a little.

2Boil tomato soup, sugar and 1/4 can water for 1 minute.

3Cut bacon into small pieces.

4Mix carrots, soup and bacon together in lightly greased casserole.

5Bake at 350° about 1/2 hour or until carrots are tender.
