- 2 beaten eggs
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 1 c. shredded strong cheese
- 1 c. coarsely broken cracker crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. butter or oleo
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1Combine all ingredients and mix well.

2Put in a lightly greased 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.

3Bake in a 350° oven for about 60 minutes or until a knife inserted comes out clean.
