- 1 lb. carrots
- 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 1/2 c. margarine or butter
- Ritz cracker crumbs
Directions

1Peel, slice and cook carrots in sugar water; drain. Put carrots in greaaed 6 x 11-inch casserole dish.

2Melt cheese and margarine and pour over carrots.

3Top with Ritz cracker crumbs. Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes.
