Carrot Cheese Bake

  • 1 lb. carrots
  • 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 1/2 c. margarine or butter
  • Ritz cracker crumbs

Directions

    Peel, slice and cook carrots in sugar water; drain. Put carrots in greaaed 6 x 11-inch casserole dish.

    Melt cheese and margarine and pour over carrots.
  3. 3
    Top with Ritz cracker crumbs. Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes.
