- 1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 3/4 c. butter, melted
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. carrot pieces
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 can pineapple chunks, drained (reserve liquid for cream cheese frosting)
Directions

1Mix dry ingredients together in large bowl.

2Put all remaining ingredients into blender container.

3Cover and process 3 cycles at grind or until carrots are chopped coarsely. Stir carrot mixture into dry ingredients until just moistened.
