- 1 1/2 c. mashed carrots
- 1/2 c. cracker crumbs
- 1 tsp. finely minced onion
- 2 egg yolks
- 3/4 c. thin cream
- 1/2 c. liquid (from cooked carrots)
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 egg whites, beaten
Directions

1Cook enough carrots to make 1 1/2 cup mashed carrots.

2Save liquid.

3Mix ingredients in order given.

4Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.

5Bake in casserole place in a pan of water.

6Bake 1/2 hour at 350°.
