Roast Beef With Coke

Directions

   Place meat in roaster.

   Sprinkle onion soup mix over top.

   Add mushroom and onion soup.

   Pour Coca-Cola around meat (not over) and bake, covered, at 350° for about 4 hours.

   Add potatoes and carrots the last hour of baking time.
