  • 1/2 (8 oz.) container reduced-calorie cream cheese (soft-style)
  • 3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 tsp. fines herbes, crushed
  • 1 small cucumber
  • 1/4 c. Grape-Nuts cereal
