- 3 c. cooked carrots, cut diagonally
- 1 small green pepper, diced
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. mustard
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 (10 oz.) can tomato soup
Directions

1Cook carrots; set aside.

2Mix all other ingredients to make sauce.

3Pour over carrots and refrigerate.

4When ready, lift carrots from sauce and serve.

5This keeps well in the refrigerator.
