Ingredients

  • 3 c. cooked carrots, cut diagonally
  • 1 small green pepper, diced
  • 1/2 c. vegetable oil
  • 3/4 c. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. mustard
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 (10 oz.) can tomato soup

Directions

    Cook carrots; set aside.

    Mix all other ingredients to make sauce.

    Pour over carrots and refrigerate.

    When ready, lift carrots from sauce and serve.
