  • 450 g carrots, sliced
  • 1 potato, diced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 25 g butter
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 teaspoon sage
  • 1200 ml vegetable stock
  • 1 teaspoon yeast extract

    Melt butter and saute onion until transparent.
