  • 8 large potatoes
  • 4 carrots
  • 1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 1/4 c. butter, melted
  • 2 Tbsp. cheese, grated
  • salt and pepper
  • paprika
  • dried parsley flakes

Directions

    Boil potatoes and carrots.

    Cool; grate.

    Combine soup, sour cream, butter, cheese, salt and pepper.

    Combine with potatoes and carrots in casserole dish.

    Sprinkle with paprika and parsley. Cover; bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
