- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 lb. melted butter
- 3/4 c. flour
Directions

1Cook and mash carrots; add all the other ingredients.

2Put in greased 8 or 9-inch square baking pan.

3Bake at 325° for 1 hour. Can be doubled.
