- 1 1/2 lb. carrots
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1 pinch baking soda
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/2 lb. melted margarine
Directions

1Cook carrots and mash them.

2Add cooled margarine.

3Add eggs. Mix flour, baking soda and salt; add to first mixture.

4Add sugar. Grease a 2-quart casserole.

5Pour in mixture.

6Bake for 1 hour at 350°.
