  • 2 can peaches with some liquid drained off
  • 1 can crushed pineapple
  • 1 box white cake mix
  • 1/3 cup whipped cream vodka (optional)
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 3/4 cup crushed pecans
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup melted butter

    In a 9 x 13 pan, layer the ingredients in order, as listed above starting with the peaches

    Bake for 50 minutes or until baked through and bubbling.
