Ingredients
- 1 lb. carrots
- 1 c. milk
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 c. butter
Directions

1Slice carrots and boil until tender, about 20 min. and then mash. Preheat oven 350 °.

2Melt butter in casserole in oven.

3Mix dry ingredients together.

4Add dry mixture to mashed carrots and mix well.

5Mix together milk and eggs.

6Add liquid mixture and stir.
-
7Pour into buttered casserole.

8DO NOT STIR.

9Bake 45 min. If you plan to freeze simply melt the butter in glass cup and mix it with the other ingredients before pouring in dish. Serves 6.
