- 3c. Cooked & Mashed Carrots
- 3 Eggs
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 1/2c. Sugar
- 2c. Half and Half
- Cinnamon - to taste
- Pinch of Nutmeg
- Pinch of Pepper
- 1 Can of Sweet Peas (Optional)
Directions

1Cook Carrots and Mash. Allow to cool a bit.

2Beat 3 Eggs then stir in all ingredients.

3Pour into a ring mold.

4Bake like a custard, in a water bath.

5Bake for 1 hour at 350°.

6When knife comes out clean it is done.

7Un-mold and fill ring center with cooked sweet peas (optional).
