Ingredients

  • 3c. Cooked & Mashed Carrots
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 1/2c. Sugar
  • 2c. Half and Half
  • Cinnamon - to taste
  • Pinch of Nutmeg
  • Pinch of Pepper
  • 1 Can of Sweet Peas (Optional)

Directions

    Cook Carrots and Mash. Allow to cool a bit.

    Beat 3 Eggs then stir in all ingredients.

    Pour into a ring mold.

    Bake like a custard, in a water bath.
  5. 5
    Bake for 1 hour at 350°.

    When knife comes out clean it is done.

    Un-mold and fill ring center with cooked sweet peas (optional).
