- 6 large carrots, peeled and chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup milk
Directions

1Bring 2 inches of water to a boil in a large pot.

2Place chopped carrots in steamer basker. Carefully lower steamer basket into boiling water, and cover pot. Steam carrots until tender (8 - 10 minutes).

3Combine steamed carrots and remaining ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth. Use CAUTION anytime you blend hot substances.
