- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 2 c. finely grated carrots
- 2 c. steamed brown rice
- 1/4 c. peanut butter
- 1/4 tsp. thyme
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3 pieces wheat bread, crumbled
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 c. milk (soy, nut)
- 2 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- paprika
Directions

1Saute chopped onions in oil and water.
