  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 3 Tbsp. water
  • 1/2 c. chopped onions
  • 2 c. finely grated carrots
  • 2 c. steamed brown rice
  • 1/4 c. peanut butter
  • 1/4 tsp. thyme
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 3 pieces wheat bread, crumbled
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 2 c. milk (soy, nut)
  • 2 1/2 tsp. onion powder
  • paprika

    Saute chopped onions in oil and water.

    Add and mix together the rest of the ingredients.

    Bake in lightly-oiled baking dish for 45 minutes at 350°.
