- 2 pkg. carrots, cut in slices
- 2 large onions
- 2 large green peppers
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. vinegar
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Cook carrots and drain; cool.

2Combine last five items and bring to boil; pour over carrots, onions and green peppers.
