- 1/2 cup carrot juice
- 1/2 cup soft silken tofu
- 1 cup frozen vanilla yogurt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon finely grated or chopped ginger
- 2 oranges, the juice only
- pinch of salt
Directions

1Process the carrots, juices and tofu on pulse for a few second before adding the other ingredients to the blender. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until mixed thoroughly and serve.
