- 1/2 c. butter, softened
- 3 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
Directions

1Blend all ingredients well.

2Pour into a greased 2-quart baking dish.

3Bake at 400° for 15 minutes, then lower temperature to 300° and bake for 45 minutes more.

4May substitute pumpkin or squash for carrots.
