  • 1 1/2 c. carrots, cut up (canned or cooked)
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. cream
  • 1 c. chicken broth
  • 1/2 small Vidalia onion, sliced
  • dash of nutmeg
  • dash of cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp. brown sugar or honey (optional)

Directions
