- 1 onion
- 8 carrots
- 6 eggs
- 5 grams pepper
- 100 ml olive oil
Directions

1peel and grate the carrots.

2keep them in a bowl.

3chop the onion thinly

4preheat some olive oil on a pan and cook the onion for 4 - 6 minutes.

5then add the carrots and mix.

6cook it for 5 - 8 minutes.

7then put it aside.

8mix the eggs on a bowl.

9beat them until they are spumous.

10add the carrot-onion mixture and mix

11again preheat some olive oil on a pan (preferable, a Teflon pan ).

12add the mixture and cook it at low temperature for 5-8 minutes.

13then flip it and cook it for the same time.

14caution.

15when you're frying the tortilla try to unstick the edges of the tortilla so it won't get stuck when you flip it.

16now they're ready to be served.

17a good match would be with rise and some salad
