- 2 c. shredded carrot
- 1 1/2 c. chopped Red Delicious apples
- 1 c. thick sliced celery
- 1/4 c. pitted chopped dates
- 1/4 c. plain nonfat yogurt
- 1/4 c. nonfat mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. orange juice
- 1 tsp. grated lemon rind
Directions

1Combine first 4 ingredients in medium bowl.

2Combine yogurt, mayo, orange juice and lemon rind.

3Stir well; pour over carrot mixture.

4Toss gently.

5Cover and chill at least 1 hour.
