- 8 medium carrots, julienne
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. grated onion
- 2 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/3 c. buttered bread crumbs
- dash of paprika
Directions

1Cook carrots in a small amount of water about 10 minutes. Place carrots and 2 tablespoons water in which they were cooked in a greased shallow baking dish.

2Mix together mayonnaise, grated onion, horseradish, salt and pepper.

3Spoon sauce over carrots and stir lightly.

4Sprinkle with bread crumbs and paprika.

5Bake in a 350° oven for 15 minutes.

6Serves 6.
