- 1/4 c. jellied cranberry sauce
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
Directions

1Cook carrots in a small amount of boiling salted water for 10 minutes.

2Drain, set aside.

3Combine next 3 ingredients in a medium skillet.

4Cook over low heat stirring constantly until cranberry sauce melts.

5Add carrots and stir gently.

6Heat thoroughly stirring constantly.

7Garnish with parsley if desired.
