  • 1 (15 oz.) can sliced carrots, slightly salted or home cooked (same amount)
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp. allspice
  • dash of pepper

Directions

    Combine margarine, sugar, allspice, pepper and lemon juice in pan over low heat until blended.

    Drain carrots and add to pan. Simmer about 3 minutes until flavors are blended.

    Serve immediately.
