- 1 (15 oz.) can sliced carrots, slightly salted or home cooked (same amount)
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. allspice
- dash of pepper
Directions

1Combine margarine, sugar, allspice, pepper and lemon juice in pan over low heat until blended.

2Drain carrots and add to pan. Simmer about 3 minutes until flavors are blended.

3Serve immediately.
