- 1 1/2 lb. carrots, sliced, cooked and drained
- 15 Ritz crackers
- 1 stick (1/4 lb.) butter
- 4 to 6 oz. Velveeta cheese
- 1 Tbsp. water
Directions

1Place cooked carrots in casserole.

2Melt 1/2 stick butter, cheese and 1 tablespoon water; pour over cooked carrots.

3Crumble 15 crackers and melt other 1/2 stick butter; mix together.

4Put cracker mixture on top of carrot mixture and bake at 350°

5until it bubbles, about 25 minutes.
