- 2 lb. carrots, sliced
- 1 c. orange juice
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- sections of 2 oranges
- parsley
- cayenne pepper (optional)
Directions

1Cook carrots in water until tender.

2Drain.

3Blend orange juice, sugar, lemon and cornstarch in pan.

4Cook until thickened, stirring constantly.

5Fold in carrots and orange sections.

6Pour into serving dish.

7Sprinkle parsley on top and add cayenne if you like it zippy!
