  • 1/4 cups Brown Sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1/8 teaspoons Cinnamon
  • 1 cup Apple, Peeled, Cored, Roughly Chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons Water
  • 1 Tablespoon Cornstarch

    Cook and drain carrots. Add the rest of the ingredients. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
