- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 2 eggs
- dash of salt
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 1/4 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Place 1 tablespoon of cooking oil in skillet.

2Place skillet on stove eye on medium heat.

3Beat two eggs well.

4Add dash of salt and 2 tablespoons milk.

5Add 1/4 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese.

6Pour in hot skillet.
-
7Do not stir until eggs puff up and appear to be done on bottom side.

8Less stirring makes better eggs.

9Serve with homemade biscuits only.
