- 1 large garlic
- 1 1/2 cup cashews
- 1 teriyaki sauce
- 1 packages collard greens
- 1 garlic
- 4 lb chicken
- 2 tbsp CHIEF Green seasoning
- 1 tsp Adobo seasoning
- 1 cup soy sauce
- pinch pepper
- tsp salt
- 1 bunch green onions
- 1 large onion
- 1 piece ginger
Directions

1Cut the chicken into slices and place in mixing bowl.

2Add green seasoning and Adobo.

3Shake to coat.

4Place chicken in refrigerator to marinate for 30 minutes.

5Cut the white tips off of green onions and discard.

6Flip onions, cut any brown frayed edges off and discard.

7Heat pan on stove.

8Dice the onion.

9Saute the green and white onions together with a dash of salt and pepper.

10Cook down.

11Add chicken.

12Using a garlic press, slowly add in garlic.

13Add in the ginger.

14Transfer to pot and add teriyaki sauce.

15Coat evenly.

16Begin adding greens and douse with soy sauce.

17Stir and cover.

18Continue adding greens and soy sauce.

19Cook down (until greens shrivel down)

20Add cashews and cover for about 10-15 minutes.

21Once cashews pop but aren't fully crunchy serve with rice.
