Cashew Chicken

  • 3 c. water (bring to a boil)
  • 4 bouillon cubes (chicken)
  • 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 3 to 4 chicken breasts, cut into bite size pieces
  • salted cashews
  • 1 bunch green onions
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 3/4 c. water
  • flour and cornstarch

Directions

    Dip chicken pieces in beaten eggs.

    Shake chicken in a bag of flour (plus a little cornstarch).

    Deep fry until brown.

    Place chicken in baking dish, cover with cashews, onion and sauce.

    Bake at 250° for 15 to 20 minutes.
